Judy's story: When I attended my Woman Within weekend in 1999, I was chronically ill, tired, and afraid to show anyone how vulnerable I was. As a child, I had learned that it was safer for me not to show my emotions, and to always appear powerful and in control. I developed a hard exterior and tried my best not to show weakness, and this carried on into adulthood. I had no idea how much this was negatively impacting my relationships with the people who loved me most, those who wanted to see my softer side and appreciate me for who I was.

At Woman Within, I had the opportunity to explore and embrace my vulnerability in the safest of environments, and having this experience has enhanced all of my relationships. I set myself on a journey that has healed me -- mind, body and soul. Since that weekend, nearly 15 years ago, I have created a beautiful life and manifested dreams I couldn't have even conceived of beforehand. And now, all these years later, I continue to receive gifts from this work every day.
